With all of her patients, Sarah employs a movement-based emphasis. Correcting movement patterns takes time and practice but will yield the best outcome.

Outside the walls of the clinic, Sarah coaches at Ballard CrossFit in Seattle.  Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. She finds time for CrossFit, rock climbing, backpacking, staying as active as possible, enjoying local dance and theater, and cheering on our Seattle Seahawks! She also frequently finds herself spending time as a teaching assistant for the University of Washington’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program and offering stability/mobility clinics and screenings to CrossFit athletes in the greater Seattle area.
